Yes. I have a very black and white opinion on fur. I believe fur is vile, barbaric, and cruel. At least the animals that are trapped didn’t have to be subjected to a life on a fur farm, but fur is trapping cruel.
Often times animal that were not meant for these traps get caught. About 5 million “non-target” animals are caught by steel jaw leghold traps every year, including dogs, cats, owls, eagles, and various endangered species. There is NOTHING glamorous about ANY aspect of the fur trade.
I FUCKING HATE FUR!!
